Coaches Nathan Stibrich and Caroline Bevillard head up the Dolphins Developmental program. Working with swimmers who are just gaining the skills to be competitive is nothing new for them, as both have logged significant hours coaching swim camps and summer league teams.

Coach Nathan is a native of Louisana and a former member of the UGA Men's Swim Team. He saw great success over the course of a four year career, and was a member of Georgia's 2005 SEC Championships team. As an undergraduate, Coach Nathan was also a member of UGA's prestigious Foundation Fellows program, and through his studies then, earned enough hours to graduate early. He is currently finishing a Masters degree in Chemistry.

Coach Caroline is a former Dolphins swimmer and still holds, along with several other teammates, a number of Dolphins relay records. She is currently a sophomore at Georgia Southern University and a member of the Eagles swim team.
