The Dolphins Developmental Group is fortunate to have a highly experience coaches, ABSC Pups and Gups Coach, Joy McDonald.

Coach Joy has over five years of coaching experience, part of which was with the Jackson Makos, a USA Swimming Club in the Mississippi LSC. More recently she has been working with ABSC's Pups and Gups Groups. Coach Joy has also been instrumental in running ABSC's Super Sundays; a swim lesson program for 8 & unders that takes place during the academic year. She is currently a junior majoring in Elementary Education at the University of Georgia.

Helping coach Joy will be ABSC Senior Team Member and the Athens Banner Herald's Swimmer of the Year, Alex Dempsey. Coach Alex, who has received an appointment to the US Military Academy, brings five years of coaching experience with the Dolphins Novice Group to the diving well end.

Add to the mix ABSC Senior Team Members, Craig Bell and Andrew Tang, and the Developmental team at the Dolphins can't be beat.
